Bugatti Super Sport...268 mph!!

We have grown awfully familiar with the name Super Sport and now Bugatti has made a car that really puts a meaning to the word super. Bugatti recently unveiled the new Veyron 16.4 Super Sport which is more than just a new Veyron with orange accents. This hyper car has beat its less powerful twin and stole its crown as the worlds fastest production car. Driven by Bugatti's test driver , this monster hit an impressive 263 mph at Volkswagen’s Ehra-Lessien test track outside of Wolfsburg. Its a 268 mph beast that eats its 253 mph twin for breakfast but when production hits , theses super cars will be limited to 258 mph which is not that much of a big difference from the original car. Aerodynamics have been significantly changed to help the car reach this benchmark. Changes include the replacement of the silver air intakes on the roof with a new pair of roof-mounted NACA ducts. Other changes include Twin center mounted exhaust tips instead of the old single exhaust, double rear diffuser, larger openings in the front for better breathing and a new roof line that extends further more back covering more of the engine. Behind the seats is the same W16 engine in the normal Veyron but it has been played with to make 1200 hp and 1106 lb-ft of torque. Suspension has also been tweaked with longer spring travel, stiffer anti-roll bars, and new dampers. The first five Super Sports will look the exact same as this car and will be called the World Record Edition. Price has not been released yet but a world record can be expected for that too.
