Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante

Lamborghini have unveiled yet another mad special edition bull which should prove to be a more fun alternative to the standard LP 570-4 Superleggera.

Called the Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante, the car is basically a drop top Superleggera with some more rawness to it. On the exterior the features 19-inch lightweight wheels cocooned by Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires, a new front fascia, more aggressive side skirts, a fully-covered underbody for aerodynamics sake and  a redesigned rear diffuser .

As you probably already know, all new Lamborghini's coming out of the factory face a strict diet to lose weigh and this one is no exception. Carbon-fibre and aluminium allow the car to weigh only 1,485 kilograms or 65 kilograms less than the standard lp560-4 spyder.

Power for the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Spyder Performante comes from a 5.2-liter V10  that churns 562 hp and 540 Nm of torque. That power allows the car to do 0-100 kmph in 3.9 seconds and hit a top speed of 324 km/h. The V10 wil be hooked up to a standard e-gear transmission with a six-speed manual as a no cost option.

On the inside you get Alcantara sport seats and carbon fiber trim and thankfully, air conditioning and power windows havent been lost in the wieght loss
